Application of aerospace brazing furnace

Vacuum brazing furnace is the main brazing equipment in Aeroengine manufacturing. There are more than 200 vacuum brazing furnaces in the United states. Domestically, Liming Engine Manufacturing Company, Chengdu engine company and Beijing Aeronautical Technology Research Institute developed vacuum brazing electric furnace for medium-sized single room in 70s. Beijing Aeronautical Manufacturing Technology Research Institute in 1964 with the Tianjin Electric Furnace Factory Co developed semi continuous vacuum brazing furnace, Xi’an aviation engine company introduced Ipsen company (horizontal vacuum furnace furnace size 910 * 610 * 610mm), Beijing civil aviation company Ameco’s introduction of Ipsen bell vacuum brazing furnace (furnace size k 2300 * 1300mm). The imported stove are microcomputer temperature control, automatic program control. Now, Shenyang Institute of vacuum technology, Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Technology, Shenyang Institute of vacuum applications and other units have developed a microcomputer temperature control, automatic controlled by the program of large high temperature vacuum brazing furnace.
