Vacuum Graphite Furnace
Usually, the vacuum graphite furnace is divided into three kinds: low-temperature graphite vacuum furnace, medium temperature graphite vacuum furnace, high-temperature graphite vacuum furnace .
Low temperature graphite vacuum furnace: the furnace temperature is below 1150 ℃; medium temperature graphite vacuum furnace: operating temperature of 1150 ℃ to 1600 ℃ stove; high temperature graphite vacuum furnace: working temperature higher than 1600 ℃.

Graphite, vacuum is generally used for 2200 ℃, Under the circumstance of vacuum 2300 ℃ ,it significantly accelerated evaporation.
For the heating chamber of the gas protection furnace or graphite vacuum furnace, heating elements material are normally Tungsten ,Tantalum and Graphite.
Graphite used in vacuum furnace heating graphite, should be high purity, high strength, isostatic isotropic three high graphite, or it will not get reliable high temperature performance, electrical performance and service life; Domestic graphite vacuum furnace is using domestic Graphite furnace, mostly less demanding low-temperature graphite vacuum furnace.
As graphite vacuum furnace in low temperature cooling rate is slow, it is recommended to use cold fast cooling measures to improve production efficiency. Low-temperature rapid cooling can be used in furnace cycle, the furnace outside the two ways, the cooling gas is generally adopted the inert gas.
