Electron beam melting furnace
Under high vacuum, high-speed electron beam kinetic energy is converted to heat as a heat source for metal smelting a vacuum melting method.
Electron beam melting furnace equipment
A typical electron beam melting furnace generally consists of 6 parts:
(1) electron gun. Electron gun is the heart of electron beam melting furnace. It includes a gun head (usually by the filament, cathode, anode, etc.), focusing coil and deflection coil. According to its structure, electron guns can be divided into axial guns (also known as Pierce guns), non-self-accelerating annular guns, self-accelerating annular guns and transverse guns. Melting power of electron beam melting furnace
