Large graphitization furnace
The large-scale graphitization furnace is different from other high-temperature graphitization furnaces of the company. It is a type of medium-frequency heating and is widely used in high-temperature processing of various carbon materials in large quantities. The biggest difference with the Acheson graphite furnace currently in use on the market is that it solves the problems of excessively long electrification time, excessive heat loss, large temperature difference in the furnace core, large dust during loading and unloading, long production cycle, and materials released. A series of problems such as blending with electrical resistance/insulation materials. Although there is still a large gap between the furnace charge and Acheson, the average power consumption per ton is 40-60%, the turnover efficiency is high, the temperature is even, and the degree of graphitization after material processing can reach over 99%. Such advantages are an ideal furnace type for preparing high-end, high-purity graphite materials, especially powders such as carbon nanotubes and high-purity graphite.
