Multi-function vacuum induction furnace
Multifunctional vacuum induction furnace is one of the main methods for smelting high quality special steel and special alloy. With the continuous improvement of material performance requirements by users and in order to reduce costs, the multi-functional vacuum induction furnace USES primary raw materials to replace ultra-pure raw materials. The melting function of multi-functional vacuum induction furnace from a single vacuum needs to be further expanded, and the technology is constantly developing. Many functions have been done in the melting of special steel and special alloy (such as stainless steel, nickel-base alloy, copper, alloy steel, nickel-cobalt alloy, rare-earth neodymium iron) in multifunctional vacuum induction furnace with vacuum and protective atmosphere.
Application scope and structure of multi-functional vacuum induction furnace
The inner and outer walls are 304 stainless steel. The inner wall is polished by mirror, the outer wall is polished by wire drawing or matte. The furnace body and bottom are welded together. Vacuum seal with “0” ring and water cooling device (to prevent aging of “0” ring due to high temperature). The two sides of the furnace body are provided with air vent and melting electrode device.
2. Furnace cover: double-layer sandwich head structure, inner and outer walls are made of 304 stainless steel, and the furnace cover is equipped with secondary feeding device, temperature measuring device hole, observation window and shield, etc. Furnace cover electric lift, smooth operation and easy operation.
3. Furnace frame: it is welded into a furnace frame by section steel, which is used to support the furnace body and serves as the operating platform to make the operation more humanized.
4. Vacuum system: It is composed of one TRP-36 direct-connected pump, one K-200 oil diffusion pump with cold trap, three high vacuum pneumatic valves, charging valve, releasing valve, vacuum valve, vacuum pressure gauge (±Pa) and vacuum pipeline. The vacuum system is installed on the independent bracket to facilitate the installation of customers.
5, power supply control system: power supply using medium frequency induction power supply, electric system with over-current, over-voltage feedback and protection circuit, electrical electrical control is integrated control mode, to complete all actions have PLC, touch screen real-time display the running state of each part, and can real-time data, save the data, the data also can query and export. Curve data can be displayed in real time, history display and so on.
6. Water cooling system: composed of various pipe valves and other related devices, it has the functions of water pressure under pressure, water breaking, sound and light alarm and automatically cutting off power supply to ensure safe operation.
7. Melting device: There is a water-cooled induction coil outside the crucible in the furnace. The coil leads out the furnace body through the electrode.
Multi-functional vacuum induction furnace product features:

7, the furnace body full stainless steel structure, high frequency induction current and vacuum status reading on the front panel of the equipment is equipped with a special meter for easy monitoring, the furnace body cover with double layer water cooling structure, to ensure that the surface temperature of the furnace body is lower than 35℃, so that you can continuously make samples without waiting for the furnace body cooling greatly improve the work efficiency.
