Vacuum Melting Master Alloy
The master alloy is an alloy material used for casting with precise composition, so the master alloy is also called a casting master alloy. The reason why the master alloy is called “master alloy” is because it has strong genetic properties as a cast base material, that is, many characteristics of the master alloy (such as carbide distribution, grain size, micro-mirror structure , Even including mechanical properties and many other characteristics that affect the quality of casting products) will be inherited to the casting after pouring through remelting. Existing widely used master alloy materials include high-temperature alloy master alloys, heat-resistant steel master alloys, dual-phase master alloys and conventional stainless steel master alloys.
SIMUWU Vacuum furnace can produce dozens of master alloys including equiaxed crystals, directional solidification, and single crystal alloys, which are suitable for different temperature environments in the range of 650 ~ 1100 ℃. Master alloy products are divided into military master alloys and civilian master alloys. Military high-temperature alloy master alloys are mainly supplied to the production of military precision castings for various aviation, aerospace engines, marine engines and tank engines. Civilian superalloy master alloys are mainly supplied to engine factories and other precision foundries to produce civil aviation engines and gas turbines.
