Centrifugal casting cold crucible suspension melting equipment
This type of equipment is equipped with a centrifugal casting device on the basis of standard suspension melting equipment. Including vertical centrifugal casting and horizontal centrifugal casting two types, you can also have both structures.
Equipment Features:
The centrifugal casting function can improve the density and dimensional accuracy of the product, and can produce workpieces and pipes with complex shapes.
The vertical centrifugal casting structure is mainly used to produce castings such as precision parts, ring parts and special-shaped parts. The horizontal centrifugal casting structure is mainly used to produce tubes, sleeves and other castings. The size of the centrifugal disk can be customized.
It can be equipped with a mold shell heating device. The heating methods include resistance heating and induction heating. The speed of the optional centrifuge can be adjusted.
Compared with ordinary centrifugal casting equipment, this equipment is characterized by the preparation of high-end metal materials:
High-purity and ultra-high-purity materials, rare earth metals and alloys, titanium and titanium alloys, nickel and nickel alloys, cobalt and cobalt alloys, refractory metals and refractory metal alloys, etc.

Smelting capacity: 10kg~100kg (Fe) or 5kg~60kg (Ti)
Maximum melting temperature: 2000℃, 2600℃, 2800℃, 3100℃
Ultimate vacuum degree: 6.7×10-3Pa/6.7×10-4Pa
Rotating speed of centrifuge: infinitely variable speed between 100~800rpm
Maximum temperature of mold shell heating: 1900℃
Casting method: Other casting methods can be added including pouring, bottom casting, suction casting, etc.
