Vacuum Interrupters Brazing
The vacuum interrupter, also known as the vacuum switch tube, is the core component of the medium and high voltage power switch. Its main function is to quickly extinguish the arc and suppress the current after the medium and high voltage circuit is cut off through the excellent insulation of the vacuum in the tube, so as to avoid accidents and accidents. Accidents are mainly used in power transmission and distribution control systems, and also in metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemical, railway, broadcasting, communications, industrial high-frequency heating and other power distribution systems.
Production Process
One-time sealing process
It refers to brazing the parts of the vacuum interrupter into several parts first, and then assembling the several parts into the whole tube of the vacuum interrupter, and then completing the exhaust, baking and degassing and brazing sealing in the vacuum furnace. This process generally has 7 processes, which has higher efficiency and less man-made pollution. In addition, the vacuum interrupter produced by this process has a high baking temperature (800℃~900℃), so the exhaust is completely exhausted.
Complete one-time sealing process
It refers to the direct assembly of all parts of the vacuum interrupter into a whole tube, and then the process of exhausting, baking, brazing and sealing is completed in a vacuum furnace at one time. This process generally has 5 processes, with the least artificial links and the highest process quality. Stable, but high requirements for sealing equipment.
1.Complete one-time sealing and discharging process
The vacuum interrupters are all manufactured by a complete one-time sealing and exhausting process. This process has the following advantages:
1) The process route is short, the assembly efficiency is high, and the one-time yield is high, which is suitable for large-scale production.
2) There is no need to weld parts, the labor links are minimal, and the process is simple and easy to ensure the stability of product quality.
3) The imported vacuum furnace is used for sealing and discharging. The working volume, pumping rate, ultimate vacuum degree, temperature uniformity of the working area and other technical indicators of the vacuum furnace are produced by vacuum interrupter manufacturers at home and abroad. medium is the highest level. The furnace adopts an oil-free vacuum system and is controlled by a computer throughout the process to ensure the stability and reliability of the manufacturing process and product quality.
2.Stainless steel direct brazing process
The metal cover plates at both ends of the traditional vacuum interrupter insulation shell are generally made of Kovar material or oxygen-free copper material. The cover plate of the material used must be nickel-plated before it can be brazed with ceramics. If the quality of nickel plating is not good, it will not only cause the leakage of the solder, but also cause the cover plate to crack at high temperature to form gas leakage. Although the cover plate made of oxygen-free copper material is easy to be brazed with ceramics, its structural strength is low, so it is not suitable for making larger vacuum interrupters, and the corrosion resistance of oxygen-free copper material is also poor.
The bellows of the vacuum interrupter are generally made of stainless steel, in order to solve the brazing of the bellows and other parts.
