Industry vacuum sintering furnace
Application fields of vacuum sintering furnace:
It is suitable for vacuum atmosphere treatment of electronic ceramics, glass, crystal, powder metallurgy, nano materials, metal parts, electronic components, new materials and powder materials. The materials are sintered in inert atmosphere.
Performance parameter characteristics of vacuum sintering furnace:
1. The rotary furnace equipment is dynamic calcination, the heating furnace tube can be turned over regularly, the raw materials are evenly heated in the furnace, and there is no burnt out condition.
2. The furnace body of vacuum sintering furnace is of openable structure and double-layer furnace shell, which can keep the air circulation and heat insulation; the surface of high-quality carbon steel is used for rust removal and electrostatic spraying, which conforms to the international laboratory standards.
3. The vacuum sintering furnace equipment is the periodic experimental equipment commonly used in the laboratory.
4. The heating element adopts high-quality molybdenum containing resistance wire, silicon carbon rod, silicon molybdenum rod and other heating elements. According to the size and power of the furnace, the rods are reasonably distributed, and the furnace temperature uniformity is good.
5. The furnace tube adopts imported heat-resistant alloy (the furnace is equipped with non-metallic liner), high-temperature sintering is non-volatile, safe and environmental protection, in line with international technical standards.
6. PID mode is adopted for temperature control. When the instrument program is set, as long as the operation button is pressed lightly, the next heating and cooling work will be carried out automatically without waiting manually.
7. This machine will send out alarm signal for the over temperature condition in operation, and automatically carry out protection action.
8. The equipment is multi-point temperature measurement, and the control panel is equipped with power indicator and heating indicator, which can inspect the working status of the equipment at any time.
9. The equipment can be used with vacuum pump to pump negative pressure, and the pressure rise rate is not higher than a fixed value.
