The vacuum sintering furnace is a vacuum resistance furnace that uses graphite as a heating element. Specially, carbide, nitride and oxide ceramics are sintered into products in a vacuum or protective atmosphere. It can also be used for heat treatment of metal materials. It is mainly used for high temperature sintering of capacitors, tantalum and other metals and alloy materials composed of refractory metals, ceramic materials silicon carbide and silicon nitride, and can also be used for high temperature heat treatment of metal materials under high vacuum conditions or degassing of precious metal materials deal with.

Fast cooling system with high production efficiency: Equipped with internal circulation rapid cooling device, high-efficiency heat exchange technology blows to the workpiece in multiple directions, cooling fast and uniform.
