The heat sink of aluminum alloy heat exchanger (automobile engine or air conditioner, etc.) mainly adopts 1050, 3003 and 7072 alloy materials, and the combination of heat sink and tube body is completed by flux brazing or vacuum brazing. Such heat sink of aluminum alloy is deformed due to its high temperature heating due to its obvious strength when being brazed. In addition, the anode protection effect of tube body is not good after the heat sink is brazed, which makes the tube body deformed At present, the heat sink of the aluminum alloy heat exchanger is a new aluminum alloy material. It does not deform after being brazed and heated. It has good sag resistance and good anode protection effect on the tube body.
