Introduction of the Various Parts of the Vacuum Furnace
The vacuum furnace in the usual test if liquid exists, need a liquid evaporation process (high vacuum without heating), can gasification off the long vacuum to achieve high vacuum (other stability), if the target pressure for a long time, consider the system and Rhots pump, you can directly measure the Rhots pump limit vacuum (not access to other systems), if good is the sealing performance of the system.
1.Water Cooling Unit
The components of furnace shell, furnace cover, electric thermal element guide disposal (water-cooled electrode), intermediate vacuum insulation door and so on of vacuum heat treatment furnace are operating in vacuum and heat state.Under such extremely unfavorable conditions, we must ensure that the structure of the parts is not deformed or damaged, and the vacuum sealing ring is not hot or burned.Therefore, each component shall be equipped with water cooling devices according to different circumstances to ensure that the vacuum heat treatment furnace can operate normally and have sufficient service life.
2.Uses a Low Voltage and High Current
In the vacuum container, when the on conductivity in the vacuum container is at a high voltage, the vacuum container produces a glow discharge phenomenon.In the vacuum heat treatment furnace, serious arc discharge, burn electric thermal elements, heat insulation layer, etc., causing major accidents and losses.Therefore, the operating voltage of the electric thermal element of the vacuum heat treatment furnace generally does not exceed 801,100 volts.At the same time, effective measures should be taken in the structural design of electrothermal elements, such as avoiding cutting parts as far as possible, the spacing between electrodes should not be too small and narrow, to prevent the occurrence of glow discharge or arc discharge.
3.Heat and Insulation Can Only be Used in Vacuum
The heating and heat insulation lining of the vacuum heat treatment furnace works under vacuum and high temperature, including high temperature resistance, low steam pressure, good radiation effect and small thermal conductivity.The requirement for antioxidant performance is not high.Therefore, the vacuum heat treatment furnace is widely used in tantalum, tungsten, molybdenum and graphite as heating and heat insulation materials.These materials are easily oxidized in atmospheric conditions, so these heat and insulation cannot be used in conventional heat treatment furnaces.
4.With a Strict Vacuum Seal
It is well known to all that the vacuum heat treatment of metal parts is carried out in a closed vacuum furnace. Therefore, obtaining and maintaining the original air leakage rate of the furnace and ensuring the working vacuum degree of the vacuum furnace are of great significance to ensuring the quality of the vacuum heat treatment of the parts.So a key problem of the vacuum heat treatment furnace is to have a reliable vacuum sealing structure.In order to ensure the vacuum performance of the vacuum furnace, a basic principle must be followed in the structural design of the vacuum heat treatment furnace, that is, the furnace body should be gas tight welding, at the same time as little as possible on the furnace body, less use or avoid dynamic sealing structure, so as to minimize the chance of vacuum leakage.The parts, accessories, such as water-cooled electrodes, and thermocouple export devices installed on the vacuum furnace body must also be designed with a sealing structure.
