1. Nickel-chromium Alloy Characteristics
Nickel-chromium alloys have higher high-temperature resistance strength than iron-chromium-aluminum alloys, and are not easily deformed when used at high temperatures. They have good plasticity and non-magnetic properties after long-term use. They have high resistivity, heat fatigue resistance, high electrical resistivity, and good workability. It has sufficient mechanical strength and good oxidation resistance at high temperature. Nickel-chromium alloys are widely used in the manufacture of various industrial electric furnaces, civil electric furnace wires, radiant tubes and other heating elements, and are often used to manufacture heating elements in various resistance heating equipment.
2. Resistance Heating Vacuum Hot Pressing Sintering Furnace
The vacuum sintering furnace is an internal heating resistance heating vacuum furnace, which consists of a furnace body, a heating chamber, a vacuum unit, a cooling water system,
It is composed of charging and discharging system and electric control system.
1.1 Vacuum sintering furnace body:
a) Double-layer water-cooled structure, made of 304 stainless steel, internally polished according to high vacuum requirements, and externally polished and then sandblasted.
b) Vertical structure, the furnace body is cylindrical, the lower part is the head, and the upper part is a vacuum flange. The furnace door is located above the furnace body and is connected with the furnace body by flange. The sealing structure is in the form of a flange. The high temperature resistant fluorine rubber lip ring is sealed, and the handwheel bolts are locked.
c) The vacuum port is located on the upper part of the furnace body, connected with the vacuum flange of the vacuum unit, and is sealed with a high temperature resistant fluorine rubber 0-ring.
d) The electrode introduction device is located in the lower part of the furnace body, a total of three groups. The material is copper. The inside and outside of the furnace are insulated by corundum tubes, and the structure is sealed. Flange connection with furnace body, 0-type sealing ring.
e) The furnace body is equipped with a charging and discharging device, the charging port is located below the furnace body, and the venting port is located above the furnace body.
f) There is a temperature control port on the furnace body, and a tungsten rhenium thermocouple is used for temperature measurement; and there is an electrode introduction device for 1100°C heat preservation.
