Small vacuum furnace
Small vacuum furnace is suitable for the sintering of electronic ceramics and high-temperature structural ceramics, precision annealing of glass, mold processing and microcrystallization, precision annealing of crystal, preparation of ceramic glaze, powder metallurgy, sintering of nano materials, quenching of metal parts and all the heat treatment required by rapid heating process. It is an ideal experimental and production equipment for scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, industrial and mining enterprises.
The small vacuum furnace uses molybdenum alloy heating wire as heating element, adopts double-layer shell structure and pid30 program temperature control system, phase-shifting trigger and silicon controlled control, and adopts soft and hard carbon fiber materials in the furnace, which can quickly rise and fall the temperature. The shell is used for overall sealing, and the cover plate and furnace door are sealed with high temperature silica gel O-ring. The furnace must be sintered under vacuum. The side of the furnace is provided with a DN150mm flange joint connected with a diffusion pump, which is followed by a vacuum pump, equipped with a vacuum valve and a composite vacuum gauge. The furnace has the advantages of small volume, balanced temperature field, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall rate, high price and energy saving. It is an ideal product for vacuum sintering in universities, scientific research institutes and industrial and mining enterprises.
All indexes of the vacuum furnace have reached the international advanced level, which can realize rapid temperature rise and temperature drop, realize no oxidation, no decarburization, no carburization, can remove the phosphorus chips on the surface of the workpiece, and has the function of degreasing and degassing, so as to achieve the effect of surface bright purification.
It is mainly used for vacuum heat treatment, vacuum degreasing, vacuum brazing and vacuum sintering of high speed steel, cold and hot working die steel, martensitic stainless steel, elastic alloy, high temperature alloy, magnetic material and titanium alloy.
The furnace is not only suitable for batch production of the same steel type, but also suitable for single or small batch production of multiple specifications and varieties.

High temperature resistant vacuum pump
The high temperature resistant vacuum pump adopts built-in fan and air cooling design with large area of heat dissipation, which greatly reduces the surface temperature rise of the pump; the high temperature resistant sealing ring and imported high temperature resistant pump oil are more suitable for the high temperature use environment of the vacuum tube furnace. Imported original oil seal is adopted to ensure reliable sealing of the whole machine during long-term operation. The pump body adopts the integrated design, with few parts, good repeatability, compact shape, easy maintenance and repair. In addition, a gear pump and a constant pressure oil supply mechanism are built in for forced oil supply, which can operate stably and reliably even under high suction pressure. Automatic anti return valve design, effectively protect your vacuum system from pump oil pollution after shutdown; the product is also designed with two gas towns, which can meet the needs of different processes for steam output.
