What is the Structure and Working Principle of the Air Cooling Island of the Brazing Furnace?
The brazing of the air-cooled island radiator brazing in the brazing furnace uses air as a cooling medium to cool the generator stator and rotor windings and the stator core.\
The so-called “air-cooling island” is actually an image term for the air cooling device of a power plant, which is mainly composed of 56 fans, whose function is to cool high-temperature steam.\
Air cooler is abbreviated as air cooler, which uses air as a coolant and can be used as a cooler or a condenser. The air cooler is mainly composed of tube bundles, brackets and fans. The hot fluid of the air cooler flows inside the tubes, and the air blows through the outside of the tube bundle.
Principle of cold water tower:
The cooling principle of the open-type cold water tower is that by spraying circulating water on the glass fiber filler, through the contact of water and air, heat exchange is achieved, and then a fan drives the airflow in the tower to circulate and exchange it with water. The heated hot air flow is carried out to achieve cooling.
This cooling method requires less investment in the first phase, but higher operating costs (water consumption, electricity consumption).
The cooling principle of a closed cold water tower is, in simple terms, two cycles: an inner cycle and an outer cycle. There is no filler, and the main core part is a copper tube surface cooler.
Internal circulation: docking with the target equipment to form a closed circulation system (the circulating medium is soft water). Cool the target equipment and take the heat from the target equipment to the cooling unit.
External circulation: in the cold water tower, cooling the cold water tower itself. It does not come into contact with the internal circulating water, but only uses the copper tube surface cooler in the cold water tower to exchange heat and dissipate heat. In this cooling mode, through automatic control, the operation of the motor is set according to the water temperature.
Two cycles, in the case of high ambient temperature in spring and summer, two cycles are required to run at the same time. The ambient temperature in autumn and winter is not high, and in most cases only one internal circulation is required.
