Introduction to Vacuum Annealing
Vacuum annealing process refers to the process of slowly heating the workpiece to the specified temperature under the condition of less than one atmosphere, holding it for a period of time, and then cooling the workpiece to room temperature according to the cooling method specified in the process. In recent years, with the development of cutting-edge industries such as aviation, aerospace, nuclear power and national defense, there has been a higher requirement for the quality of rare metal materials such as titanium and zirconium. Vacuum annealing is an important process for processing rare metal and alloy materials such as titanium and zirconium. Vacuum annealing and heating can prevent metal oxidation and decarburization, and degassing and degreasing can make oxides evaporate to improve surface brightness and mechanical properties.

Composition of vacuum annealing furnace:
