The vacuum welding furnace heating chamber adopts stainless steel skeleton, the insulation screen is multi-layer graphite felt, the service life is long and easy to maintain. The graphite tube heater is easy to install and maintain, and the failure rate is low. Air cooled system has a high power high speed motor, large air volume high-pressure impeller and volute and guide plate, the brass copper series heat exchanger and guiding device etc, which can realize flow heat exchanger – fan – guiding device – artifacts – heat exchanger in high speed loop, so that the artifacts are rapid cooling uniformity. The heating chamber can also be fully metallic. The electric control system adopts PLC and programmable temperature controller to realize automatic, semi-automatic and manual control mode.
